To do this, advance planning is required, and determining how many millimetres one wishes to advance using X-rays and photographs of the profile of the patient. Through close collaboration with the patient and a series of formulas and patterns aesthetic resulting from decades of research, it is possible to establish which is the aesthetic result we a40> that we want to achieve.
As this is a surgical procedure performed via an intraoral approach, there is no visible scar.
