INFORMATION ABOUT COOKIES

  • _lang: a technical and strictly necessary cookie that contains the language of the session. It is deleted when closing the browser.
  • ac_cookies: a technical and strictly necessary cookie which contains the value of whether you have has accepted the installation of cookies. Expires in 1 year from the last update.
  • _ga: a Google Analytics cookie that enables the function for tracking unique visits. The first time that a user visits the website via from a browser this cookie will be installed. When this user returns to visit the website using the same browser, the cookie will consider that it is the same user. Only in the event that the user changes their browser, they will be considered a different user. Expires after 2 years from the last update.
  • _gat: This cookie is associated with Google Analytics Universal. It is used to limit the rate of requests and to limit the the collection of data on high-traffic websites. Expires after 10 minutes.
  • _utma: a Google Analytics cookie that records the date of the first and last time a5> the first and last time that the user visited the website. Expires two years after the last update.
  • _utmb: a Google Analytics cookie that records the time of arrival on the website. Expires 30 minutes after the last update.
  • _utmc: a Google Analytics cookie used for interoperability with the urchin.js tracking code. It is deleted when closing the browser.
  • _utmt: a Google Analytics cookie. This cookie is used to process the type of request made by the user. Expires at the end of the session.
  • _utmv: a Google Analytics cookie. This cookie is used to segment demographic data. It expires at the end of the session.
  • _utmz: a Google Analytics cookie that stores the source of traffic or a campaign a8> to explain how the user arrived at the website. Expires 6 months after the last update.

HOW TO DELETE COOKIES FROM YOUR BROWSER

Google Chrome Version 73

1. Select the icon for Tools
2. Click on Settings.
3. Click on Show Advanced Options.
4. In the section “Privacy” click on Content Settings.
• Delete cookies: Click on All cookies and the data from websites…
• Do not allow cookies to be stored.
5. Click on Clear browsing data (clear the cache).
6. Close and restart the browser.

Internet Explorer Version 11

1. Select Tools | Internet Options.
2. Click on the General tab.
3. In the section “Browsing history”, click on Delete browsing history when exiting.
4. Select Delete files.
5. Select Delete cookies.
6. Click on Delete.
7. Click on OK.
8. Close and restart the browser.

1. Select Firefox | History | Clear recent history.
2. Next to ” Details”, click the downward-pointing arrow.
3. Select the following checkboxes: Cookies, Cache, Active session starters active
4. Using the “Time interval for deletion” in the drop-down menu, select All.
5. Click on Delete now.
6. Close and restart the browser.
